Attendees will be offered the possibility to access a free room during the pre-conference (August 28/29). This applies to :

• project meeting or internal meetings of associations or organisations working in the field of Assistive Technologies
• meetings including at least 5 participants registered to the conference

The rooms fit 25 persons. They are equipped with tables and chairs that can be disposed according to the meeting organisers needs, but they must be set back in the initial configuration at the end of the day. The regulations of the building forbid strictly to eat or drink inside the rooms. The participant can use the Foyer at the ground floor for social moments.

The rooms are including a projection facilities.

This offer is proposed in the limit of available rooms, and subject to acceptance by the AAATE organisation committee, which will examine requests on priority of date of reception of demand. Up to 7 rooms can be allocated. Very few bigger rooms may be available under strong justification.
