Oral contributions

Oral contributions form the heart of a conference. The real aim of a conference is to facilitate contact between members of a community, meeting in real life and networking. Oral presentations are the catalyst for this.

Presenters talks are grouped by thematic sessions, and attendees have the possibility to ask questions about each talk. Discussions often continue during coffee or lunch breaks and other social events. Since 20 years, many projects applications have been initiated during discussions at AAATE conferences.

Authors will have 2 possibilities :

  • propose an oral presentation with a paper to be published in the proceedings (see section about Scientific papers).
  • propose an oral only contribution

All contributions will be peer reviewed by at least 2 experts from the international programme committee. Authors of accepted contributions will be invited to present their work during a session of the conference, in Paris and their abstract will be published in the electronic book of abstract.

Abstracts should be from one page (minimum) up to 2 pages (maximum) at standard font size (12pt), single spaced and with no less than 2 cm margins. In case of abstract for a proceedings paper it should be from 2 to 3 pages.

If the theme of a paper is related to any of the STS, please consider selecting the most relevant STS when submitting.
