Fee include access to all sessions, coffee break, lunches and conference reception on August 30th.

Prices are in Euro, conference is not subject to VAT.
* All authors must register before May 21st.
** Bachelor students, Master students and self-financing PhD students without a paid academic position

**** The Inclusion forum fee gives only access to Plenary sessions, the Policy sessions, the Educational sessions and the Innovation Area. Access to the scientific programme is not included. This does not apply for inclusion forum presenters.
On-site registration will be subject to 50 € processing fee (except attenants fee).
Cancellation policy
No refund will be possible after July 1st.
Until July 1st, a processing fee of 100 € will be retained (50 € in case of Super Reduced Fee and Inclusion Forum, no processing fee in case of Attendant Fee).
Refund of all authors of a paper will automatically remove paper from Book of abstracts, and of proceedings if applicable.
