Camera ready needs to be prepared according to the publishers instructions that will be found on this page: https://www.iospress.com/book-article-instructions, together with templates (word and LaTeX are provided).

We draw your attention on the necessity to follow properly the provided templates, don’t change the size of characters or margins.

Another very important point is to respect the limit of 6 to 8 pages. This includes everything (references, annex, pictures if any).

Please upload your camera ready paper (PDF) together with the LaTeX or Word source file in your account in the conference management system before May 21st. You may also update the 200 words summary (in the conference management system), this will be included in the programme provided to participants. We strongly encourage authors to use the same abstract as in their proceedings paper.

You will have to register, also in the Conference Management system. When logged in you’ll find the menu “Conference Registration”. Registration will be open from May 2. You need to register and pay the fee before May 21st to ensure your paper can be included in the Proceedings.
