Prepare the Book of Abstracts
The Book of Abstract will include all short abstracts (200 words) of all contributions (IOS Proceedings, Oral only, Educational sessions, Policy sessions, Innovation area). Contributors are invited to check on their short abstracts on the Conference Management System (CMS) before June 15. This is located on the submission page (when you log in the CMS, click on “My Submissions”. All abstracts will be collected on June 15 in order to produce the Book of Abstract.
IOS Proceedings
Contributions of the type “IOS Proceedings” will be published in the proceedings of the conference, by IOS Press. Authors are requested to submit their camera ready paper on the CMS before May 21. All information about formats and templates are available on this page.
Oral only
In addition, the Book of Abstracts will contain an Appendix with extended abstracts of Oral only contributions. We kindly ask authors to format their extended abstract in order to have them included in this Appendix. The extended abstracts are limited to 2 pages and should respect the template available here : https://aaate2023.eu/template-for-book-of-abstract
Basically it’s only a matter of formatting, but authors may update the content if they wish so (still in the limit of 2 pages).
Contributors are kindly asked to upload extended abstracts on the CMS before June 15.
Educational sessions, Policy sessions, Innovation area
Contributors must register on the CMS before June 15. They may update their submissions according to reviewers comments (if any), or if they have new information to share, until June 15th.
The templates for submissions of theses categories can still used.
